In 2014 through layers of humility, I tried my first Vinyasa class. My body not anything near being fit or athletic, was shortly introduced to my ego all in one attempt at a sun salutation.
My authentic self had been buried under layers of emotional eating, numbing away feelings of unworthiness and self doubt.....
