What Makes My Approach Different?

My approach is shaped by a unique combination of lived experience, professional training, and holistic wellness practices. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Recovery Group Facilitator, and Peer Support Specialist certification candidate, I draw from both personal recovery and peer support principles to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change. 


I integrate the self-awareness and spiritual growth found within the 12 Steps, the wisdom of yoga philosophy, mindfulness practices, and the strengths-based approach of peer support. Together, these modalities help clients develop greater clarity, personal accountability, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Rather than focusing solely on what needs to be removed from your life, my work focuses on helping you build a life that feels purposeful, balanced, and worth showing up for.
